Beta product
PlateHelix is in private beta. Features may change, break, or be removed. Back up anything you cannot afford to lose.
Acceptable use
Do not use PlateHelix to harm yourself or others, to upload data you are not authorized to provide, or to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
Account & household responsibility
You are responsible for activity in your household account, including invited members. Adults must consent for themselves; guardians may consent for dependents they manage.
Not medical advice
PlateHelix is for educational wellness and meal planning support only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always consult a qualified clinician before making major health, diet, supplement, or medication changes.
Referral disclosure
PlateHelix may receive a referral fee if you use partner lab or testing links from inside the product.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
PlateHelix is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability arising from use of the service.
